Reviewed internal and external criminal compliance risks for a well-known Chinese game company and identified potential criminal exposure in its operations.
Outcome Helped the company set up risk controls and ran several rounds of in-person training; the risks identified in the review have been remediated.
Award
Second Prize, 1st Guangdong Lawyers AI Innovation Competition
Led a team that entered an AI platform for generating structured pleadings and won second prize after three rounds.
Outcome The project has since been turned into an internal case analysis system used by a local court.
Marketing compliance
Marketing Content Review for a Cross-Border Trade Unicorn
Reviewed marketing content for a unicorn in cross-border trade, including print creatives, online and offline campaigns, and in-platform games.
Outcome The campaigns launched on schedule, and the company now runs a standing content review process that I helped set up.
Labor disputes
Series of Labor Disputes for a Game Company
Represented a game company in labor disputes brought one after another by several former employees.
Outcome Every case ended in a win or a withdrawal by the claimant. Afterwards I helped the company revise its employment policies to reduce similar disputes.
