FAQ
What can I ask you about?
Legal questions about games, AI, data and personal information, intellectual property, employment and corporate matters. I am also happy to talk about building and using legal tech tools.
What should a game team check before launch?
Licensing and launch requirements, content rules, virtual items and gacha mechanics, user agreements and privacy policies, protection of minors, and the compliance risk in ad creatives.
When should an AI product involve a lawyer?
Ideally at the design stage. Training data sources, ownership of output, user terms and algorithm filing are cheapest to get right early; fixing them after launch usually means rework.
What should I prepare for a first inquiry?
A short note on the background, the issue and any deadline is enough. Please do not send identity documents, original evidence, complete contracts or trade secrets through this website; if materials are needed, we can agree on how to share them later.
